Reservation procedure

Please note that the payroll hour in the hotel is 12.00 a.m.
The reservation confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. You will be able to cancel the unpaid order not later than 24 hours before the assumed date of your arrival. The amount paid for your order can be returned to you provided that you inform the receptionist of the hotel of your cancelling the order not later than 24 hours before the date of your arrival by the telephone number (343)3500597.

We offer you the following modes of payment:

• payment using international credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO,AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINRES CLUB, UNION) upon the arrival in the hotel;
• payment in cash (rubles)
• non-cash payment (rubles)
• bank transfer (for natural persons)

To make credit card payment you should: 

• fill in the details of your credit card in the blanks pointed out in the pre-authorization form;
• The cost of one-day stay at the hotel of the category you have chosen will be blocked up until your checking-in, and in case of untimely cancellation this amount will be debited from your account according to the hotel service rules*.
• fill in the pre-authorization form including the amount of payment, if you want to pay the entire sum before checking in the hotel.

• choose the appropriate mode of payment;
• settle the invoice within 48 hours after the receipt of the confirmation.

Please note that the bank charges the commission for the transfer of cash assets.

To make a bank transfer natural persons should:

• choose the appropriate mode of payment and reserve the room in the system;
• fill in the proposed form of the letter of guarantee-request and send it by fax: (343) 3500555;
• receive the invoice to settle;
• settle the invoice within 48 hours after its receipt.

The order is considered guaranteed provided that:

• you’ve transferred cash assets to the account of the hotel within 2 working days from the date of booking or receipt of the invoice to settle.
• you guarantee the timely checking-in by your credit card.
• you’ve sent the filled-in letter of guarantee in the name of our hotel.

YOU CAN MAKE AN “UNGUARANTEED” BOOKING *

* The hotel administration reserves the right to cancel the “unguaranteed” booking at 1 p.m. on the day of checking-in without any notification of the client.
