The Dubrovin Restaurant proudly bears the name of the hotel architect. White columns, carved mirrors, crystal chandeliers - strictly, but fresh and comfortable. We studied the old interiors of the hotel, rethought architectural solutions - and the result was a nostalgic alloy, which we embodied in the menu, decor and atmosphere.
Our pride is magnificent panels with views of Soviet Sverdlovsk, embodied by the artist Alexander Deineki. One of them is dedicated to the hotel itself, and the second shows participants in numerous sports competitions that were held in the Soviet years on the banks of the city pond.
Dubrovin invites on a gastronomic journey
on the history of Soviet taste
and sincere hospitality of our country.
